"I decided to send in my review this time because I failed to do so after the Katy Perry concert. For both concerts I have great reviews for artists, but the sound engineering was terrible. When a great band like Los Lobos singing with all their power and is still overpowered by the vocalist, then something is terribly right. It's almost engineered to make the artist sound more important than the band. I actually walked out of the Perry concert 30 minutes before it ended. I don't know whether or not this review will reach the right people and I suppose each performer brings their own sound engineers, but it is a disconcerting issue for music-lovers like me. I haven't decided to try another concert at the Staples Center yet but will probably give it one more try."
